Study On Countermeasures Of Social Governance Capacity Building Of Suihua City Government

Local government is the governor and promoter of China's local economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization construction.It plays an important role in the social and economic development of our country.The strength of the local government's ability to govern society directly determines the speed and quality of local political,economic,cultural,social and ecological development.Therefore,it is of both theoretical and practical significance to study the social governance ability of local government.In his nineteen major report,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out:"socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The main contradiction of our society has been transformed into the contradiction between the growing demand for better life and the unbalanced development of the people."This important conclusion reflects the tremendous progress of China's social development,reflects the stage characteristics of development,at present,our country is in the social transition period,the reform is deepening,the whole society is working hard to build a well-off society in an all-round way step forward,we must vigorously promote the social governance capacity of local government,for the construction of harmonious the full realization of a well-off society,the goal of escort.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part briefly introduces the background,research methods,research significance,research status quo,research route and content.The second part defines the concept of "governance" and "local government" and "governance capability",and clarifies the direction and content of local government governance by defining the concept.The third part mainly introduces the reality of Suihua municipal government's social governance capability,and the achievements achieved in social governance in recent years.At the same time,it further points out the problems and causes of social governance capability.The fourth part studies the practice of local government governance capacity in America,Britain and Singapore,and gets the experience gained from foreign countries in the practice of local government governance.The fifth part puts forward the path choice to improve the social governance ability of Suihua government.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect,and summarizes the conclusions and shortcomings of this study.The promotion of local government's social governance capability is a long and long process.It requires local governments to explore and improve continuously in practice,so as to effectively improve their governance capabilities and provide better services for the society.
