The Reasearch Based On Mountain Villiages And Towns Goverment Function About Ecological Civilization Construction

An important factor in our national mountain township ecological environment problem has become endanger the health of farmers and property safety,and restricted the sustainable development of rural economy and society.Chinese is a large agricultural country,the construction of township ecological civilization nation mountain area is an important part of ecological civilization construction in China,only the construction of ecological civilization village obtain actual effect,our ecological civilization construction will have a fundamental change and substantive breakthrough,however,the national rural areas increasingly serious environmental pollution problems.The paper,from the actual situation of ecological civilization construction in the Xintang Enshi,based around this theme,the township government in the construction of the ecological civilization functions,is going to carry out special investigation of some typical measures in Xintang Enshi.Through the case analysis,we can know the overall total construction achievements and the existing problems in Xintang’s ecological civilization.It isgoing to reveal what the role and status of township government should bear in the construction of ecological civilization in the minority mountainous area villages and towns,It also puts forward the scheme of perfecting the national mountain functions of township government in the construction of ecological civilization in political,economic,cultural,industrial development and so on.This paper tries to combine the practice of ecological civilization construction in the Xin Tang Enshi,studiedthe construction of ecological civilization and the functions of government management problem of the national rural areas.The study of ethnic villages and township government role and function in the construction of ecological civilization in the problem,is a new understanding of national mountain township ecological construction rules,has the theory advanced and innovative.Hope that through this study,it can provide advice and inspiration of some constructive to change a new Xintang Enshi ecological state.
