Different from other types of culture,political culture is strongly political-related.In the process of people's participation in political activities of the society,the ideology and understanding of politics are formed,which is the origin of political culture.The political system of each country embodies its specific political culture and is closely related to its diplomacy.The formulation of diplomatic strategy is always based on the unique political and cultural background of the country.Political culture has vital influence on the formulation of diplomatic strategy.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is Introduction,which mainly gives the necessary explanations on the background and significance of the topic,current research status at home and abroad,research methods,laying a foundation for the detailed discussion in Chapter Four.The second chapter first combs the concept of political culture and the origin of Japanese political culture.It analyzes the main contents of Japanese political culture from Mikado System,Bushido Spirit,the Collectivism,the concept of hierarchy and Shinto idea in Japanese traditional political culture,and analyzes the characteristics of Japanese political culture through the positive factors of evolutionism and pacifism,and negative factors of the right-deviation and nationalism.The third chapter analyzes the role and influence of Japanese political culture on diplomacy after the Cold War.Shintoism in Japanese political culture led Japan to expand its military strength,Collectivism made Japan adhere to the US-Japan alliance,Japan's traditional hierarchy made Japan try to be a political giant,while rightdeviation made Japan to be conservative.The fourth chapter elaborates the characteristics of Abe's diplomatic strategy under the influence of political culture.What kind of judgment will the Abe administration make under the influence of political culture? The goal of Abe government's diplomatic strategy is to implement the strategies of great powers,achieve economic growth,and result in positive pacifism.The Abe government's diplomatic strategy is characterized by following the United States,conducting economic diplomacy and carrying out value diplomacy.The fifth chapter analyzes Japan's foreign policy toward China and Sino-Japanese relations under the influence of political culture.First of all,it analyzes the SinoJapanese relations before and after the collapse of the Regime and the characteristics of Japan's diplomatic relations with China under the influence of political culture through exploring the changes in the Japanese regime and the Liberal Democratic Party's "one-party dominance" and other characteristics,with the "1955 system" as an example.It concludes that Japan's diplomacy toward China lacks stability,consistency and conformity.Finally,at the end of the paper,it prospects the relationship between China and Japan under the influence of Japanese political culture.
