Exploratory Sudy On Leadership Course Design And Implementation In Young Pioneers Group Committee Of Primary School

With the rapid development of global knowledge economy,it is individual needs of the youth to develop leadership.However,in primary school,the leadership of Young Pioneers group committee has not been effectively developed.Therefore group committee has not really played their role in the management and service of Young Pioneers.This study is aimed to develop a leadership training course which is suitable for the group committee members,thereby improving the effectiveness of the group committee of Young Pioneers.In this study,based on related research of leadership,early leadership training theory,6 elements and 18 basic points of Chinese students' core development,the author designs a series of leadership training course for Young Pioneer group committee by combining with the development characteristics of Yunqu Primary School Young Pioneers group committee members.The course contents include ten group counseling psychology courses and ten practical training courses.Group counseling courses are implemented through eight dimensions,which are self-cognition,appreciation of others,emotion management,communication and expression,commitment and responsibility,innovation ability,time management,and teamwork.Corresponding to group counseling theme,practical training courses are arranged combined with practical resources of Yunqu Primary School.After taking ten group counseling psychology courses and practical training courses,the effects of training is evaluated by means of case analysis,observation and interview.It is found that the implementation of group committee member leadership courses have promoted the organization effectiveness and management effectiveness of Young Pioneers,which are presented in two following aspects.(1)The management effect in every platform of the Young Pioneers of Yunqu Primary School has been promoted.(2)The richness and efficiency of the activities of the young Pioneers of Yunqu Primary School has been improved.
