Field Study Of The Young Pioneers Captain And His Group

Young Pioneers is an independent group organization for children.Young Pioneers' education and school education are important components of children's education.They are interdependent and closely related.Young Pioneers play an important role in children's healthy growth.Since the 1980s,the research on the Young Pioneers has increased gradually,and it mainly focuses on the theoretical research on the Young Pioneers' Organization,various activities of the Young Pioneers' Organization and the management of the Young Pioneers.This study focuses on the young pioneer captain and captain group.Young Pioneer Captain is the collective manager of the team,organizer of team activities,pioneer of team work,and service provider of the team masses.In practice,they are helping counselors,principals to manage squadrons and schools,and play an important role in the organization of young pioneers.The group of Young Pioneer Captain refers to the community of Young Pioneer Captain composed of individual Young Pioneer Captain,which has certain organizational objectives and standards of conduct,as well as some common characteristics of Young Pioneer Captain.Therefore,this paper chooses P primary school as a case study,carries out field research,collects relevant written materials,interview materials,questionnaires and so on about the young pioneer captain and his group in P primary school.Through descriptive analysis,the group characteristics of the young pioneer captain and his group in P primary school,the selection,training,rewards and punishments of the young Pioneer captain in P primary school,and the actual work of the group of the young pioneer captain.Relevant conclusions such as the difficulties encountered,the causes of the difficulties and so on.There are four basic problems in the work of Young Pioneer Captain in the case:first,narrowing the training of Young Pioneer Captain,not carrying out in-depth training of Young Pioneer Captain,which brings many unnecessary troubles to the work of Young Pioneer;second,the leadership mechanism and operation mechanism of Young Pioneer is not perfect enough,which leads to many serious problems in the work of Young Pioneer;third,the work of Squadron Counselors is carried out by each squadron class.Director concurrently,professional role is not professional,which easily causes delays,formalization and other phenomena of young pioneer work.Fourthly,insufficient propaganda on the nature,tasks and role of young pioneers,and lack of unity with other school personnel,resulting in school teachers and students to adopt an indifferent or even hostile attitude towards the work of young pioneers,which hinders the development of the work of young pioneers.In view of the conclusions of this study,the following four suggestions are put forward for the work of Young Pioneers and Young Pioneers' Leaders in P Primary School:first,attaching importance to the role of counselors and improving their professionalism;second,strengthening the education of Young Pioneers' Studies through various ways to deepen the understanding of Young Pioneers' organizations;third,strengthening the training and education of Young Pioneers' Leaders,with emphasis on Ideological Education and practical activities;fourth,improving them;Leadership mechanism and operation mechanism of Young Pioneers should give full play to students' subjectivity in Young Pioneers' organization.
