Research On Government Governance Of Juvenile Delinquency

Nowadays,our country is in a high-speed economic development stage,as well as overall strength have significantly risen.However,the gap of wealth,and social contradictions stimulated also caused a series of crime problems.Crime has become an inevitable social problem,especially teenager crime.The often teenager crime happened is not only our country's teenagers is in a high percentage but also teenagers are affected by the negative impact of current social environment,school and families.On the other hand,the common physiological and psychological characteristics of the teenagers is one of the reason caused the teenager crime rapid increase yearly.So teenager crime is becoming an urgently problem need to be solve by the current society.Nowadays,in the state of high development social,teenager crime has showed more different characteristics,which should arouse our attention.This research is based on the zhejiang province Hangzhou city xiaoshan area's teenager crime situation as the research object.On the basis of researching teenager crimes current situation in Xiaoshan area,we are able to analyze teenager crime's characteristics,styles,etc,summarize the causes of teenager crime,finally,it proposes the prevention and correction strategies for teenager crime from the perspective of government governance.In recent years,teenage Crime Data in Xiaoshan area shows that,the mainly teenager crimes include invaded financial crime,Violent crime,prostitution and drug-related crime,new type teenager crimes are also emerging.The causes of these teenager crimes are not only individual factors,family factors,but also social factors.Aiming at the above causes of teenager crimes,this article uses related theories of public management,proposes targeted government governance measures from the perspective of prevention and correction about teenager crimes.Teenager crime prevention can be achieved through government-led,guided,and strengthened social prevention of teenager crimes,family prevention,and school prevention.Teenager crime correction can be achieved through the government' s lenient and severe legislation,judicature,regulate and innovate community corrections and corporate corrections,doing a good job of returning teenagers to society.Through the combination of government prevention and correction,in order to provide some help to the governance of teenager crimes.
