Research On The Implementation Of Community Correction For Juvenile Delinquency From The Perspective Of Social Governance

In the current social form of our country,social order tends to be stable and the economy develops rapidly,so community correction has become a hot issue that people pay more attention to.With the development of criminal investigation in the world,it has been widely used,but in China,community correction started late,and the relevant rules and regulations are not perfect,social forces participate in community correction,which is relatively weak.But with China's economic and social development to a higher,faster and better direction,social governance will be for our development direction.Community correction belongs to a branch of social governance,especially in the field of criminal law enforcement,which belongs to an innovative mode.If social forces can participate in community correction,it will promote the work more effectively.For the social correction of juvenile crime,it needs more social forces to participate in it,which is also the focus of this paper.This paper analyzes the collected materials,studies the problems of community correction of juvenile delinquency from the perspective of social governance,analyzes the existing problems of community correction,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.In order to better promote the development of community correction of juvenile delinquency in China,it has a very good effect on maintaining community security and overall social stability.The research of this paper is divided into four parts: theoretical basis,basic concept connotation,reflection on the problems existing in the community correction of juvenile delinquency,analysis of the reasons for the problems existing in the area,and put forward corresponding countermeasures for the problems,all of which are aimed at improving the implementation of the community correction for juvenile delinquencyin China.
