With the development of network technology,as the management system and the combination of information technology,electronic government is the "leader" in the development of social informatization,government affairs on important issues of the national social security relations.PKI(public key infrastructure)in open network environment,which can guarantee the integrity,authenticity,non repudiation and validity of confidential information,has become the mainstream technology in the field of communication security.PKI digital signature technology is the basis and guarantee of security theory and technology.It can effectively ensure the safe and efficient circulation of electronic documents.It is based on PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)/CA(Certificate Authority)system to improve the security and reliability of e-government networks..This article focuses on improving the efficiency of identity authentication and signatures:1.For the problem authentication of e-government system,put forward the CA as a third authority,by PKI management user's public key,targeted digital certificate,digital signature technology,so that effective verify their identity,prevent the document is forged,interception,tampering and counterfeiting,denial,and so on and so forth,to protect the document integrity,authentication can be.2.For solving safety problems of document flow,the use of elliptic curve algorithm for encryption,compared with the commonly used RSA algorithm and ECC signature encryption algorithms so far is recognized as the industry's most compact signature algorithm,through fast point multiplication algorithm makes security basis to calculate the logarithmic curve of difficulty,at the same level of security under the shorter key length,reduce the time and resources,improve the security of digital signature.3.For a large number of document encryption processing inefficiencies,analyze how the PKI public key infrastructure can protect the integrity,authenticity,non-repudiation,and validity of confidential information in an open network environment,and reduce the number of times of encryption and decryption to improve signatures by providing undeniable services under security guarantees.Efficiency,proposes a time stamp based digital signature scheme,applies the ECDSA signature algorithm to the improved scheme,proves its superiority,reduces the number of encryption and decryption in the signing process,and improves signature efficiency on the basis of providing undeniable services.
