Study On The Construction Of The Social Security Control System In Heyuan City

With a sustainable development of the society,the Internet and information technology updating day by day,the conflicts of individuals gradually grow into the social principal contradiction.Public security is faced with hidden danger,including more sever threats of violence crime and drug-related problems.Phenomena emerging,such as that man to help is blackmailed by the helped,law enforcement is maliciously reported as "beating people";The Internet is full of video street brawls,but very few of them actually go forward to stop them,and there are many cases of child murder and child abuse.Many social phenomena prove that China has not established a perfect social security control system.General office of the central committee of the communist party of China make the sound and the system of social security prevention and control system,to handle the social problems properly,with all kinds of illegal properly management,promoting peace China construction.In April 2015,coordination of the state council jointly issued the act " strengthen the construction of social security prevention and control system of opinion".Heyuan city,Guangdong province,as a mountainous city with open coastal economy,began to explore the construction of public security prevention and control system in 2006.After years of practice,the basic framework has been established and certain results have been achieved in the promotion and operation.Heyuan city,the current public security prevention and control system,the author of this paper,by means of literature research,comparative reference method and interview method,etc,check and collect relevant literature both at home and abroad,and by collecting first-hand information and data,in-depth understanding of heyuan city,public security prevention and control construction situation,through some data comparison.It sums up the current three-dimensional public security prevention and control of the construction in Heyuan with the related problems and influencing factors.Based on actual,the author puts forward a sound leadership,standardize operation mechanism;Lead the technical prevention and control features with the "eight prevention and control networks",and improve the basic infrastructure construction with the "grid" control method.It also points out the direction for improving the three-dimensional social security prevention and control construction of Heyuan city by actively utilizing social forces and expanding the coverage of social security prevention and control construction.This study is expected to promote the sound development of the public security prevention and control system in Heyuan city and contribute to the construction of a safe and harmonious city.
