A Study On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of The Service Of Endowment Institutions In Guangxi

Since the founding of the people's Republic of China 70 years ago,China's population has been growing,from 540 million in 1949 to 1.39 billion in 2018.China's elderly population will exceed 300 million in 2026 and more than 400 million in 2050,accounting for about 30 percent of the total population.Obviously,China has entered the aging society of the population.Family is the smallest cell of society,and filial piety of children around the elderly is an important spiritual comfort for the elderly.The weight of traditional home pension in the pension service system is self-evident.But in fact,the home pension model can no longer meet the current social reality of aging and "empty nesting" of the population,coupled with the old age.The diversified,individualized and intelligent market demand of the elderly can not meet the demand of the elderly to pursue the quality of pension services.It can be seen that the transformation from focusing on supply to demand-oriented development of medical and nursing services can make the development of pension services more targeted,the quality is better,and the direction is clearer.The elderly population base in Guangxi is large,the growth rate is fast,the aging trend is obvious,and in the long run,it is very important to carry out the service model of the medical care and the old-age service in Guangxi to meet the current and future needs of the old-age pension service market in Guangxi.Under the background of social reality driving and national policy guidance,the service model of the old-age institutions has set off a wave of upsurge in Guangxi.As a province with a large population of aging and less economic development,Guangxi is also actively exploring the local development model of the service of the old-age institutions,and has formed some old-age models with local characteristics.Based on the field investigation on the reality of the service development of the old-age institutions in Guangxi,the present study deeply analyses the existing problems.The problems,on the basis of the theory of governance,the demand-supply theory and the multi-element theory of welfare,have pointed out the dilemma and the bottleneck of the development of the system.From the perfection of the system and the policy system,the extension channel and the whole resource,the multi-development and the social participation,the scientific layout and the balanced development,and vigorously promote the development of the service mode of the medical care and the old-age institutions,the training of the personnel and the construction of the team,the specific policy suggestions are put forward,In order to meet the needs of the elderly's diversified,personalized and intelligent service,it can promote the healthy and sustainable development of the service of the old-age institutions in Guangxi.
