Non-profit organizations can partly take care of the difficulties, but due to the lack of development, this kind of people is hard to find a suitable one to live in. In order to solve problems mentioned above, social parties are required to actively participate in the pension service field, and through combining the respective strengths and advantages, social organizations, public, profit and non-profit nursing institutions can better assume their respective responsibilities to contribute to the comprehensive and coordinate development of the pension service industry.In the process of exploring the feasible proposal to deal with the aging population, and according to the important economic event and the time for the node, the article introduces several strategies and tacticses explored by developed countries on their way to meet national pension services supply, summarizes their common ground of government policy and the future trend of pension service industry. Through ongoing public innovation, these institutions can explore the "social enterprise" mode to improve the supply capacity of pension service.
