A Study On The Participation Of Social Organizations In Community Construction From The Perspective Of Active Aging

With the depending of aging population process,the elderly care,medical rehabilitation,spiritual culture and other pension issues are more and more prominent.How to effectively alleviate the pressure of aging population and translate the "burden" into "wealth",it has become a hot issue in the society.The rise of the elderly social organization can be regarded as an important breakthrough.With the increasing recognition of the concept of "active aging",more elderly people are no longer satisfied with the low level of material endowment insurance,but prefer to pursue higher level spiritual realization needs.In particular,with the common vision and goal,there are more and more elderly social organization established.They express their will,safeguard their own rights and participate in community governance through the organization.It not only realizes their personal value,increases community sense of belonging and strengthens interpersonal trust,but also plays an active role in strengthening the management of residents' autonomy and building a harmonious community.Finally,it has become a special important force in the construction of basic communities.Under such a background,for further developing the advantages and functions of the elderly social organization,and solves the obstacle problem of participating in the social governance,we need to find the development path of the elderly social organization participation in social governance and community building.It has become an important subject that must be studied in urban development.The combination of theory and practice run through this paper.Firstly,this paper summarizes the development status and existing problems of the elderly social organization in China and analyzes its causes.Then,through the development practice of the elderly social organization in Waigang community in Nanjing city,this paper deeply analyzes its concrete practice and work experience,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to create positive aging society development train of thought.
