Research On The Spiritual Level Needs Of The Elderly In The Community Based On Social Work Intervention

With the development of economic and social progress,the problems of meeting the spiritual needs of the elderly brought about by the aging population have become increasingly prominent,and the lack of meeting the spiritual needs of the elderly has become the focus of social work for the elderly.This paper mainly studies the problems of meeting the spiritual needs of the urban elderly,using Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and social support theory as the main theoretical basis,using the methods of social work group and case work to study them,and taking this as the theoretical basis and methodological basis of this study.This study takes Y community in D city as the background,and selected some elderly people in the community as the object of investigation.Through a three-month in-depth visit to the community,the basic situation of the elderly in the community and the relevant information of the case owner are analyzed and summarized.The existing problems of meeting the spiritual needs of the elderly in Y community are put forward,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in view of the existing problems.From the perspective of individual cases,the study of this paper will help to provide specific and effective implementation methods for the improvement and improvement of the emotional needs of the elderly in this community.Based on the theory of professional knowledge of social work,this paper analyses the characteristics and causes of the problem of meeting the spiritual needs of the elderly in the community.Based on the method of case work in social work,this paper improves the spiritual satisfaction and satisfaction of the client,helps the family of the client to solve the problem of not meeting the spiritual needs under the existing conditions,and promotes the subjective initiative of the client.Sexuality and conscientiousness,and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the way in which case work intervenes in the mental needs of the elderly,and put forward the advantages and disadvantages of the way in which case work intervenes in the mental needs of the elderly.Moreover,some suggestions and opinions are put forward on how to make social work methods more effectively applied to meet the spiritual needs of the elderly.
