Research On The Practice Of Self-organized Construction Of The Elderly In The Community From The Perspective Of Active Aging

With the comprehensive opening of reforms,the rapid economic development,along with the increase in the elderly population and other issues.In order to effectively deal with the problem of aging,the community has launched an attempt to serve the elderly population,but still regards the elderly as passive recipients,ignoring the value and potential of the elderly.At the same time,the community has shown singularity and weak autonomy in the self-organization of the elderly,and has not fully played the role of the elderly themselves and the self-organization of the elderly.Based on this,from the perspective of active aging,the author establishes the self-organization of the elderly through the group work professional method to explore the ageing problem,change the traditional perspective of the elderly,and use the old self-organization channel to show the value of the elderly.This paper first reviews related research at home and abroad,and systematically analyzes the internal relationship between active aging and self-organization of the elderly.The system expounds social capital theory and self-organization theory,and lays a theoretical foundation for the following analysis.Secondly,using the group work method,based on the active aging perspective,based on the three policy frameworks of the elderly's physical and mental health,social participation and basic security,the project implementation is the entry point to assist the elderly members to establish a group activity.Standardized old age self-organization.Thirdly,it evaluates from three aspects: social worker intervention method,development team effectiveness,and old-age self-organization construction.Using the "Positive Ageing Assessment Questionnaire",through the pre-and post-test data of the experimental group and the control group,with the professional statistical analysis software of spss22.0,it was found that the active aging level of the experimental group was improved,and the control group did not test much before and after.The change,and the pre-test sample significance of the experimental group was 0.028,indicating that the group work involved in active aging practice is effective.Using the "Community Self-Organization Ability Indicator System" to evaluate the self-organization of the elderly,the average score of the evaluation data is 75.7,which indicates that the self-organization construction of the elderly has achieved certain results,and there are also many shortcomings.Finally,summarize and reflect on the self-organization construction of the elderly.This study has accumulated practical experience for interventional methods and self-organized construction of the elderly,but there are still many shortcomings in the self-organization construction and theoretical application of the elderly.The author believes that with the deepening of research and the implementation of relevant national policies,the self-organized construction and development of the elderly will become more and more perfect,and the self-organization of the elderly will become an important way to deal with the problem of population ageing.
