The Research Of Improving Information Service Ability Of Government Website Under The Background Of "Internet+government Service"

At present,the state is vigorously promoting "Internet + government service" and has affirmed government portals’ important role in information disclosure,information delivery and government service supply,and has proposed to strengthen the role of government website as the first platform for information disclosure,which can be seen that the ability building of government website information service plays an important role in promoting “Internet + government services”.At the same time,the "Internet + government services" has imposed higher requirements on the information abilities of government websites,and the public has asked for more demands on government websites’ information services.How to improve the information service abilities of government websites to meet the needs of the times and people has become a problem that is worthy to pay attention to and solve at this stage.This article first defines the related concept of "Internet + government service" and government website information service ability,then analyzes the theoretical basis of the study.Secondly,the article takes Suzhou government website as an example to analyze its specific practices of the website information service ability building with the integration of the results of the Chinese government website’s performance evaluation.Afterwards,the article points out that under the leadership of government departments at all levels,the government’s website information service abilities have already achieved certain effect,but there are still some problems to solve,such as the unbalanced development of government websites’ information service level;the imperfect information service system of government websites;the lack of service consciousness and professional service;and the incomplete building of government website security system also restricts the improvement of government website information service abilities.Finally,with the analysis of the deficiencies and the factors of current information service abilities of government websites and the time background of “Internet + government services”,this study proposes the way to improve the information service abilities of government websites in the context of “Internet +government services": first,to improve the information service system and standardize the information service behavior;second,strengthen the construction of information service platforms and improve the interaction between the government and the public;third,strengthen the consciousness of information services and improve the level of information services;finally,accelerate the construction of government website security system to ensure website information service security.
