The Path Exploration Of The Rule Of Law Of Transitional Community Governance

In the past ten years of urbanization,with the continuous expansion of urban areas,a large number of land was requisitioned.In order to promote regional development,after the expropriation of land expropriation,a large number of farmers were moved to various communities,and farmers became residents,and a new community,a transitional community,was created.This type of community is caused by the settlement of land lost farmers,but the resettlement is not only a land lost farmer,but also a large number of foreign people entering,so this kind of community has a distinctive feature.This article focuses on the construction background of the rule of law of grass-roots society under the premise of administering the country according to law.From the analysis of the connotation of the rule of law of the Transitional Community Governance,the significance of the rule of law of the transitional community governance is explored.This paper analyzes the present situation of the rule of law of Transitional Community Governance in the Suzhou Industrial Park,and combines the characteristics of the transition community in the new urbanization process.Through the questionnaire and the data of case investigation,this paper expounds the effectiveness of the rule of law of Transitional Community Governance,and analyses the transitional community.The difficulties and reasons to govern the rule of law.In view of the problems faced by the rule of law in Transitional Community Governance,this paper puts forward the path of the rule of law of transitional governance,to achieve the purpose of community governance according to law,and to promote the construction of the rule of law in the Transitional Community,so as to further improve the level of the rule of law of community governance.It is hoped that through the case study of the transition community in the Suzhou Industrial Park,some general applicable experiences are summed up,and the reference and practical reference for the rule of law of the Transitional Community in Suzhou Industrial Park and even the national transitional community is provided.
