Current Situation,problems And Countermeasures Of Residents' Participation In The Transitional Community Governance In Yancheng City

With the development of social economy and the construction of new urbanization,more and more transitional communities have emerged,frequent contacts and exchanges between urban and rural areas,and effective community governance work has become increasingly important.At present,China's transitional communities rely mainly on residents' committees and property management companies.The residents committee is a grassroots mass autonomous organization that exercises its rights and fulfills its obligations under the guidance of the grassroots government.The property management company is entrusted by the community to be responsible for the daily security of the community,environmental sanitation,and regular maintenance of equipment.Although this model is currently Some management results have been achieved,but there are still limitations in the participation of residents in the community.Therefore,further exploring the governance model of transitional communities,improving the enthusiasm of residents to participate in community governance,and promoting the transformation of transitional communities are urgent problems to be solved?This paper uses the theory of community governance,combined with the status quo of residents' participation in community governance,analyzes the problems faced by residents in the transitional community governance of Yancheng City,and finds that due to the historical imbalance between urban and rural development and various economic and social contradictions,the transitional type Residents in the community have weak community collective awareness,insufficient self-motivation,lack of governance participation channels,and lack of incentives and guarantees.They have severely constrained the long-term development and healthy transformation of transitional communities,and urgently need timely and effective solutions.The author conducts a questionnaire survey on the residents' participation in the transitional community governance in Yancheng area,and investigates the reasons for the comprehensive analysis.The author proposes the following optimization suggestions:creating a harmonious community atmosphere,establishing a sense of collective awareness and independent participation;publicly accepting supervision,smooth participation channels and Community governance content;organize and carry out collective activities,mobilize participation and enthusiasm;improve the incentive and guarantee mechanism,and improve the system of participation in governance.
