The Research On The Legalization Path Of Urban Community Governance

Promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity is the overall goal of comprehensively deepening reform.Government governance,market governance and social governance are the three most important sub-systems in the modern national governance system.The 19 th National Congress clearly stated that it is necessary to promote the focus of governance move downwards and strengthen the construction of community governance systems.Promoting the rule of law in urban community governance in China is the key work of implementing the strategy of comprehensively governing the country according to law,and it is a key link for the successful establishment of a country ruled by law,a government under the rule of law,and a society ruled by law,and it is of great significance to safeguarding citizens' rights and interests and improving the quality of life and happiness of citizens.This paper starts with the basic concept of the rule of law in community governance,and discusses the theoretical basis of the rule of law in community governance.By summarizing the practical models of the rule of law in foreign community governance,it draws lessons that can be used to promote the rule of law in community governance in China.Taking the Jintaxiang community in Lanzhou as the research object,through the interviews and questionnaires,this paper analyzes the current situation of the rule of law in community governance,and summarizes the real dilemmas faced by the rule of law in community governance,such as the lag of legislation,the single role of governance,role ambiguity,insufficient community participation and imperfect community legal service mechanisms.Based on those dilemmas above,in order to build a diversified community governance pattern,and achieve a new pattern of social governance featuring co-construction,governance and sharing,the ways to improve the rule of law in urban community governance in China are put forward.
