An Investigation On Volunteer Service Administration Of Garss-roots Government

As social degree of civilization has been improved during these years,volunteer service becomes an important part of material civilization and spiritual civilization construction in China.Accordingly,grass-roots governments have held quite a number of volunteer service activities,some of which had become volunteer projects.But in the process of developing volunteer service,problems like volunteers been registered without knowing by themselves?the activities held by the government were not wanted by society and so on appeared,all which were not the very first purpose of promoting volunteer service by the government.This paper takes volunteer service project operation of L Community in Su Zhou City as the research object.Combined with the related theory,this paper aims to track and analysis the volunteer service projects of L Community.From the government?the residents and the social committee's point of view,there are many shortages could be improved by digging the needs of residents and set up the projects ? supervise the process of projects?strengthen the management of projects and improve training,which could be a good advise to the grass-roots government holding volunteer service projects.
