Research On The Supply Of Community Public Service In Hongta District Of Yuxi

The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that people’ s yearning for a better life is our main objective.Community is the bridge to transfer the care of the Party and the government and the "terminal" for the government to carry out social management.It is an important part of constructing a socialist harmonious society and building a moderately well-off society in an all-round way,and provides the foundation and platform for people to achieve a better life.As a social unit closely related to people’ s life,its construction and service level are directly related to people’ s happiness index and determine whether "the last kilometer" that the Party and the government serve the people can be unobstructed.This paper attempts to study the dilemma and countermeasures of community public service supply from the perspective of new public service.Firstly,the basic theories and core concepts of new public service and community public service are summarized.According to the present situation of public service in Hongta District,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the residents in nine communities.The problems existing in the supply of community public service in Hongta District are analyzed from the perspective of new public service.Secondly,the representative communities of domestic and foreign cities are studied.The corresponding enlightenment is obtained by drawing lessons from the experience of these areas in community public service.Finally,the current community public service is investigated in the aspect of new public service.Relevant countermeasures are proposed from the six perspectives of improving the pluralistic subject and providing community public service mechanism,expanding community public service content,strengthening the support of community public service professionals,carrying out community burden reduction and enhancing the supply function of community public service,strengthening information exchange and establishing "smart community",and integrating capital resources and improving community service facilities.
