Research On Grid Management Of Urban Communities In Longyang District Of Baoshan

The community is the basic unit of the society.The city is composed of many communities.As the basic unit of the city,the community has become an important carrier to solve social problems and social contradictions.It has a large number of public service functions and plays a huge role in social governance.As a new model of community management in recent years,in our country a lot of city and areas in the promotion of community grid management,provides a new choice for the grass-roots governance in our country,has achieved initial results,but the mechanism is still at the initial stage.This paper uses the method of literature analysis,case analysis and comparison,from the social governance theory and the theory of seamless government,new public management theory as the theoretical perspective of research,objective analysis of the status quo in Longyang District of Baoshan City Community Grid management.The introduction part mainly analyzes the research significance and research background of community grid management,and collects a lot of literature data related to community grid management.On this basis,we discuss the research methods and research framework of this paper.The first part mainly introduces the concepts of community,grid and community grid management.From the perspective of seamless government theory,social governance theory and new public management theory,the connotation of community grid management is expounded.The second part analyzes the case of Longyang District City Community Grid management.The third part from the light management services,personnel quality should be improved,the heavy form light content,humanization degree is not enough,the administration is serious,"grid" has become the administrative power of a new class of extension,community autonomy ability,social organizations to participate in community building channels should be broadened to analyze four aspects of Longyang District City Community Grid Management the problem.The fourth part from Xuhui District and Hubei through the introduction of Shanghai Yichang District of Yiling city as the experience and practice of Longyang District Community Grid management.The fifth part discusses the method of improving Longyang District City Community Grid management.Conclusion:Longyang District to promote the city community grid management to further strengthen the organization and leadership,changing the role of government,improve the working system;rich grid services,improve community services,strengthen community talent team construction,improve the quality of personnel;the integration of the various departments of information resources,the construction of the integration of grid management information service platform,to to enhance the level of intelligent platform construction and application ability;the future must be the community residents to participate in Longyang District community management enthusiasm and fully mobilized,so as to improve the level of autonomy of Longyang District community management,promote the development of Longyang District community organizations,community governance pattern of multiple subjects.
