Study On The Cooperative Rural Governance

China has always been a typical agricultural country,the peasant population also accounts for the vast majority of our residents.Therefore,the rural issue has always been highly valued by the party and the state.Since 2004,the Central Document No.1 has referred to the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers for many years.When the countryside is stable,society will become more stable.If the peasants are prosperous and strong,China will become richer and richer.As an important part of our governance system,under the realistic background of the rapid transformation of rural society,the diversification of social interests,the diversification of ideological values and the complication of social affairs,there are more and more problems in rural governance,and become the "short board" of social governance.So how to effectively avoid the "short board" effect and build a village governance system that conforms to the trend of the times and conforms to the actual situation of the countryside has become a major practical issue.At present,there are many problems in the governance of the country,such as the main body of governance is not coordinated,the system mechanism is imperfect,the supply of public services is insufficient,and the hollowing is serious,which has greatly hindered the development and prosperity of rural areas.The coordinated rural governance emphasizes the cooperation of multiple subjects and the common solution of rural public affairs,which provides a strong basis for solving these problems.In this thesis,cooperative rural governance is taken as the research object,after analysing its theoretical ground and defining its basic concepts,this article takes Hao Tong Village of Xinyang City as an example.And it explores how to promote local social governance synergy by introducing social organizations and creating built-in finance,based on this,the success experience of Hao Tong's collaborative village governance is introduced and what they failed we can improve.First of all,this thesis sorts out the current research situation of rural governance and cooperative governance both at home and abroad,and finds out the connotation and characteristic of the cooperative rural governance.Secondly,through literature research and field investigation,a variety of real data and information collected in Hao Tong Village Governance in the process of innovation,and then conduct a comprehensive analysis.And focusing on how Hao Tong can create funds and mutual assistance cooperatives and create ecological co-governance as an opportunity to rebuild the community and work together to govern rural affairs after the introduction of social organizations.Then analyzing the obstacle factors of Hao Tong model and on this basis to provide some ideas and reference for the collaborative management of other rural areas in China,so as to improve the level of governance in rural areas,promote the construction of beautiful countryside.
