In the long time, the academic with the high enthusiasm about Chinese rural governance. What a feather of the Chinese rural, and how to governance it, it is a hot issues. So this regime lose its original value and became a party of government.Based on the cooperation governance, we can find such as the problem between communist party committee and villager self—rural committe, lack of social capital, contradiction within the regime, and theirs reason.Some theorists affirmed a lot of suggestion regime model to rural governance, but these suggestion not fit to Chinese rural problem in practice, subverted reform isn’t easy.The thesis try to find a combination of points and cooperation governance and rural governance.The thesis try to clear that which subject could participate in governance,participate and what extent, what is the participatory approach. From these researching prove the necessary of cooperation governance regime in rural.In the thesis later contemporary,not study on the tradition of rural governance modes, because china rural’s c,omplexity and different sexual. And through analysis of governance cost, citizenship, subject rights to find the logical factor in cooperation governance.There isn’t pure tactical in my thesis,and through analysis form multiple course of politics,economics,sociology to find answer.
