Research On Subcontracting Legal Relationship Of Communications Construction Engineering

In recent years,the development of China's transportation industry has been very rapid.The safety and quality problems caused by the traffic construction projects have also been constantly highlighted,arousing people's attention.Traffic sub-contracting in construction projects often leads to a major risk to the safety and quality of traffic construction projects.However,although there are certain provisions in the existing laws,regulations and departmental rules,this provision is not detailed and precise,can not lead the society to a more judicial level.In this regard,this article will take the highway construction project as the main research object,on the basis of the existing laws,regulations and rules in our country to analyze the subject,object and content involved in the legal relationship of subcontracting.In the main body of subcontracting legal relation of traffic construction project,it mainly includes the contracting units and subcontracting units.Neither can be a natural person and must possess the necessary qualifications required by laws and regulations.About traffic construction engineering subcontracting legal relationship,because our current-laws and regulations of-traffic construction subcontractor,the content of-legal relationship is not actually systematic rules,so the sub-contract spread the contents of legal relationship in the relevant laws,regulations or rules.In the object of subcontracting legal relation of traffic construction engineering,the object refers specifically to the traffic construction project,while the main purpose of this paper is the highway construction project.The relation between object and behavior is close,and the construction result and process of highway are worth considering and analyzing.Analyze its law and society practice problems and the reasons for the problems were discussed.On the basis of a clear outline,put forward targeted solutions.
