Study On The Nursing Problem Of Elders In The KaiYuan Community In Fuxin

With the accelerating pace of population aging and the continuous development of empty nest,the number of senior citizens in need of care has increased dramatically.However,under the dual pressure of work and life,the young generation is difficult to meet the needs of caring for the elderly by the traditional family pension model,and develops a relatively late and imperfect community home care service,but also because of the limited role of the prophets in resources and mechanisms in the elderly,leading to the elderly.The problem of care has become a social problem and needs to be solved urgently.The care for the elderly in KaiYuan community of Fuxin is a typical example.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents,this paper takes the elderly in the KaiYuan community of Fuxin as the research object,and based on the survey data,uses the questionnaire survey?literature and case study to analyze the status of elderly care in KaiYuan community.Due to the imperfect community-based home care system,the insufficient support of community-based home care policies and social security,forming the situation of unbalanced supply and needs of community-based home care projects and the low level of community-based home care service,it is difficult to satisfy the elder's life care?spiritual consolation?medical care and emergency assistance needs.The government should strengthen the support,actively build a new system of community home care,help to break the barrier of the communication of the home pension information,gather the resources to improve the community service ability,speed up the construction of the professional personnel,and actively build the emergency rescue equipment.Efforts should be made to strengthen supervision and refine the assessment contents,so as to improve the care services for the elderly in urban communities in China.
