A Study On The Exploitation And Utilization Of Overseas Chinese Resources Of Overseas Chinese In Heilongjiang Province Under The Guidance Of The Belt And Road

Since Chairman Xi put forward the strategy “the Belt and Road”,it has brought great influence on the development of culture and economy in China.Based on the actual conditions in Heilongjiang Province,the Provincial Party Committee and the government designed the plan to develop the Belt and Road strategy inside Heilongjiang Province,which provides a new direction for development and higher standards.Under these circumstances,the leaders from both central and local government emphasized that oversea Chinese and their relatives and international students will definitely play an essential role during this whole process.The Overseas Chinese Federation has made some requests in the “Suggestions for the Overseas Chinese Federation Work under New Conditions” with regards to practice on the Belt and Road.Therefore,the overall development of Heilongjiang province is bound to be promoted with the help of Heilongjiang Overseas Federation's exploration of overseas resources.This article is based on the theories and translated materials from Chinese Overseas Federation and Heilongjiang Overseas Federation.Also,the article talks about the current conditions and achievement made with the guidance of the policy of the Belt and Road and the exploration of the resources.Based on the database from the questionnaires and interviews for overseas Chinese and their relatives and the international students,the existing challenges are analyzed.With the new requirements and characters of the proposal of “the Belt and Road” and The thought belt between China,Mongolia and Russia in Longjiang,the strategic design and measurements will be put forward,so as to provide the strategic design and practical reference for Heilongjiang Overseas Federation and other federations all over the nation.
