The Research On The Management Of The Exit And Entry In Dalian

Administration of entry and exit of foreigners is the frontier position of China's opening to the outside world and plays an important role in China's external image and reform and opening up process.Administration of entry and exit of foreigners has a high require for policy,professionalism and legal affairs.After the reform and opening up,the administration of entry and exit of foreigners in our country has been progressing and developing,due to the development time and course is not long enough with shallow understanding,China's entry and exit administration needs more theoretical and practical support.However,in reality,whether to foreigner entry and exit management investigation,or the research level,there is a lack of understanding and attention,especially the systematic analysis and theoretical research.Dalian is an important coastal open city in northeast China with foreigners exiting and entering frequently.Dalian Exit-Entry Administration Division felt a great pressure because of the insufficient knowledge of foreigners' entry and exit management and the lack of scientific analysis and forecasting tools,which makes it' s difficult to work and achieve a good result.Therefore,Dalian Exit-Entry Administration Division should realize the importance of raising the level of work clearly,assume corresponding responsibility,and try to adapt to the realistic require of the new situation.Based on the Dalian foreigners entry-exit management practices,this paper actively carry out the investigation and try to search for countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction and the second part is a summary related to the concepts and theoretical basis.The third part studies the status quo of foreigners'entry and exit management in Dalian,then the fourth part takes attention on foreigners entry and exit management experiences at home and abroad.Finally,the fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect administration of entry and exit of foreigners in Dalian.
