The Research Of Ideological And Political Education In Tax System At Grass-roots Level

Ideological and political education of the Tax system is using the principle of ideological and political education in the real work of the Tax system,forming the unique features of the Tax system and reflecting the inner requirement of the Tax system.The objects of the ideological and political education are the massive staffs in the Tax system.The contents of the ideological and political education are the systematic and regular educations in ideological and political.The intention of the ideological and political education of the Tax system is to setup a moral,idealistic,literal and disciplinary tax collector team.The root task of ideological and political education of the Tax system is to induct the establishment of right world view,philosophy,and valuation.This paper reviewed a large number of references to the grass-roots tax system research as the main content of ideological and political education work,work in Daqing city tax organizations at the grass-roots level of ideological and political education as a case,using literature study,questionnaire investigation and interdisciplinary research method,in this paper briefly introduces the meaning of tax work separation of land tax and the tax system in our country from 1994 countries by 2018 countries land tax merger experience,on the basis of a series of adjustment process,summarized the domestic tax system of ideological and political education work at the grass-roots level research status,system to interpret the meaning and characteristics of the ideological and political education work.In Daqing city tax organizations at the grass-roots level the ideological and political education work of the comb,grass-roots tax system were analyzed and summarized in this paper the problems existing in the ideological and political education work and the reasons,and to expand the basic tax system of ideological and political education work content,improve the operational mechanism,the innovation work method three aspects put forward the basic tax system innovation of the ideological and political education work development path.Objectively analysis the tax system of ideological and political education development at the grassroots level for the grass-roots tax system in the new period of ideological and political education work to provide certain theory reference and the grass-roots tax authorities to strengthen and improve the tax staff of ideological and political education work,improve the level of tax staff of ideological and political theory and practice has very practical realistic significance,at the same time to improve the level of all the tax staff of ideological and political education work has a certain reference value.
