In the contemporary era of accelerating the building of a service-oriented,responsible and clean government,civil servants working in government agencies often face excessive workloads and work pressures and are prone to burnout at work.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the Central Government has put even more stringent demands on government officials in areas such as honesty and self-discipline and work style.The ranks of civil servants,especially grassroots civil servants,have been widely criticized as"hard-pressed officials" complaints and" not for the government "lazy politics and other job burnout phenomenon.This phenomenon has a direct impact on the vital interests of the people,undermines the credibility of the government and the image of the government,and hinder the pace of building the grassroots governance system in our country.This paper takes the grassroots civil servants in Maanshan City of Anhui Province as an example to study the problem of job burnout of grassroots civil servants under the current administrative environment through empirical analysis,The article takes the grass-roots civil servants in Ma'anshan City of Anhui Province as the research object,selects Dangtu County and its subordinates Guersi Town.Shiqiao Town,Tangnan Town,Huangchi Town,Taibai Town,Yushan District and its subordinates Anmin Street,Quarry Street,Pinghu Street,Yushan street grass-roots civil servants as the research object,issuing questionnaires and statistics recovery,access to relevant data and information obtained through the analysis of the following conclusions:1,at this stage the grass-roots public servants generally have the problem of job burnout,grass-roots public service burnout rating performance Medium;2,job burnout of grassroots civil servants in the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,dehumanization and accomplishment low performance:emotional exhaustion>dehumanization>low sense of achievement;3,the emotional exhaustion dimension.dehumanization and achievement The sense of depression is significantly related to the three dimensions,a high degree of unity,burnout is a combination of three dimensions of the overall state;4,different demographic variables in job burnout and the performance of each dimension vary;5,grassroots civil servants The causes of job burnout are many,this article divides the administrative environment into occupational characteristics,organizational characteristics.social There are three main reasons for the characteristics of the environment.such as conflict of roles,monotonous repetition of work and overloading of work.Organizational environmental factors mainly include lack of leadership ability and management art,assessment,remuneration,promotion and training system Improvement and interpersonal discordance.The reasons of the social environment mainly include the challenge brought by the transformation of the government,the conflict between the traditional administrative culture and the actual demand,the contrast between social expectation and social support.and the influence of related policies.The above combination of factors leads to Grass-roots civil servants have a sense of job burnout.
