Civil servants are the main body of national governance,and grassroots civil servants account for a large proportion of civil servants.As the largest number of civil servants,grassroots civil servants are directly facing the masses.Their work efficiency affects the implementation of government policies,and their work attitude affects the evaluation and satisfaction of the masses on the government work.Whether their work is positive or not is related to whether the government work can be pioneering and innovative,face up to difficulties and achieve greater glory.However,in the historical period when the country's development enters a new era,the grass-roots civil servants also face new problems,and there are many typical manifestations of job burnout.Based on the maslow's demand theory,theory of job burnout,to zhangwu agatanoatae authority and 24 township civil servants as the research object,research its working status,work that zhangwu county civil servants at the grass-roots level exists serious passive,negative emotions to elaborate the mood,work style lazy,cadres stability is not strong,etc.The performance of the job burnout.Further to explore the influence factors of job burnout phenomenon,including the lack of fair performance evaluation mechanism,the pay is out of step with income,career advancement difficult,lack of competition mechanism,lack of talent exchange mechanism,and human factors in intervention too much against the work spirit of civil servants at the grass-roots level,the emergence of job burnout problem.Based on the analysis of the job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in chanwu county and its influencing factors,the following six countermeasures are put forward: improving the incentive system;Standardize promotion methods;Widening circulation channels;Improving the education and trainingsystem;To reduce the burden on the grass-roots level and realize the equality of rights and responsibilities;Enhance political literacy,firm ideals and convictions.According to the actual situation of grassroots civil servants in zhangwu county,through the above measures,the purpose of effectively changing the working status,improving the working efficiency,improving the governance ability and the modernization level of the governance system,and promoting the improvement of government efficiency is achieved.
