At present,our country has entered a new era of deepening reform.To promote the sustainable development of economy and society,build a well-off society in an all-round way and win the battle against poverty,we need to build a civil servant team that can shoulder the historical mission of the new era and is good at social management and service.The ability,quality and spiritual outlook of the civil servant team are directly determined.It determines the administrative efficiency of government departments and determines the realization of great dreams.As an important part of the whole civil service team,grass-roots civil servants are in the front line of social management and social services,facing the masses directly.It is precisely because of this that grass-roots civil servants are the symbol of the government in the eyes of the masses and represent the image of the government to a large extent.With the advancement of institutional reform and custody reform,more and more functions of social management and social services have been delegated to the grass-roots level,resulting in more and more abundant work content,more and more workload of grass-roots civil servants,and more and more pressure on them.In recent years,the phenomenon of job burnout of some grass-roots civil servants has become more and more prominent,which is manifested in the following aspects: firstly,the number of resigned and early retired grass-roots civil servants has increased;secondly,the attitude of grass-roots civil servants and the decline of their entrepreneurship have shown a younger trend.The emergence of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants directly affects their working attitude,greatly reduces work efficiency and quality,and has an inestimable negative impact on the construction of grass-roots cadres and the administrative efficiency of the government.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to investigate the status of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants,to study the current situation and causes of job burnout,and to put forward reasonable suggestions.According to the Research Report on the scientific development index of China's small and medium-sized cities in 2018,Sanshui District of Foshan City ranks 34 th among China's top 100 municipal districts in 2018 and 33 rd among China's most potential small and medium-sized cities in 2018.At the same time,Sanshui District,as the only county-level pilot project of Comprehensive Rural Revitalization reform in Guangdong Province,is a member of Dawan District of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,which has strong typicality and representativeness.Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,this paper uses Maslach's three-dimensional theory,two-factor theory and job matching theory to study the job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in Sanshui District.At the same time,the causes of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in Sanshui District are analyzed from three aspects: individual,organization and society,and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in Sanshui District.
