Research On The Reform Of Administrative Examination And Approval System In Yinchuan City Under The Background Of Smart City

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the era of large data,with the continuous development of the construction of intelligent cities in China,great changes have taken place in the important factors affecting the administrative system.The administrative pattern in the background of intelligent city contains the two-way flow relationship between "government public" and "public government".With the new relationship produced by the data and information,the new situation of the technological progress will inevitably lead to the improvement of the system.The traditional government monologue based single data flow pattern is forced to move towards the citizen's big data.The model that leads to the administration of the government.In this paper,the reform of the administrative examination and approval system of Yinchuan city under the background of the wisdom city is selected as the research object.Through the administrative examination and approval service bureau and the big data service bureau established in Yinchuan,the administrative examination of the construction background of Yinchuan city has been studied in recent years.The reform measures of the batch system review the history of the administrative examination and approval system in Yinchuan,analyze its development,make specific and useful attempts and existing problems,explore how to combine the intelligent city construction with the reform of the administrative examination and approval system,and how to continue the reform in order to realize the more "intelligent administrative examination and approval" and discuss the administration of our country.The new direction of the examination and approval system reform is hoped to make some beneficial discussions and attempts for the research of the reform of the administrative examination and approval system in the smart city construction in China.
