Study On The Application Of Urban Community Grid Management In Grassroots Maintenance

Since the reform and opening up,the level of urbanization has increased,the population has been highly concentrated in the cities.As the most basic carrier of urban population life,urban communities bear an increasingly important function,and at the same time are the meeting points of various social conflicts in traditional communities.Under the management system,the grassroots government's pressure to maintain stability has been increasing dramatically.At the same time,various innovative management methods are also being produced and continuously improved in practical exploration.As an innovative management method,grid management has features such as accurate information collection,rapid emergency response,optimization and integration of agency functions,active crisis prevention.It is widely used in police patrols,urban firefighting,and forestry management.This thesis believes that the advantages and characteristics of grid management can also play a significant role in promoting the stability of the grass-roots level.Therefore,this thesis will take grid management as a research object,and study the role played by grid management in the application of grass-roots stability maintenance.The challenges exist and propose corresponding solutions.In the process of field research,the author found that as a management mechanism under the guidance of two different concepts,the challenges faced by grid management in grassroots maintenance are mainly reflected in the incompleteness of relevant information technology and incomplete understanding of concepts;grid management.Its own operating mechanism needs to be improved.There are still some frictions with the original stability-keeping mechanism in some aspects.In order to make the use of grid management effective at the grassroots level,this thesis believes that the following measures should be taken:First,it is to improve information construction,so that the foundation of grid management can be stabilized;second,it is necessary to strengthen the grid management of its own related systems.The construction ensures that the grid management can be effectively operated;the last is to strengthen the integration of functions among agencies,thereby eliminating the friction between the old and new systems.Through the study of this thesis,it is hoped that it can provide some experience for the application of grid management in grassroots security,and make a certain contribution to social stability.
