The Study On The Mode Of The Communist Youth League In Hospital Of "Cadres+Medical Social Workers+Volunteers"

In August 2016,the central general office issued The central reform plan of the communist youth league(referred to as The plan).In the third part of The plan indicates "Reform and innovation of construction league work,activities and organizations at the grass-roots level",and puts forward "striving to strengthen the basic","establishing 'Cadres+Social workers+Youth volunteers' team,and enriching the grass-roots work force".In recent years,The chinese communist youth league committee of the second hospital of shanxi medical university,is working around the hospital medical center,and is constantly exploring and practicing "how to serve patients with clinical and service groups".From strengthening the work of the hospital mission,we introduced medical social workers,recruited volunteers extensively,and assisted the hospital to improve medical service.In this background,the article is based on the theory of social governance.It is based on the relationship that the connection between the work of the communist youth league and social work,between the work of the communist youth league and the work of volunteer service,and between social work and volunteer service.Through the description,we understand how the chinese communist youth league committee work around the hospital center in the second hospital of shanxi medical university,how to give full play to the hospital the educators as the party's assistant and reserve function to service hospital youth grow up,how to carry out the medical affair social work and a classic case of volunteer work.According to the work method of the case and group,it is used to show the mode of the communist youth league in hospital of "Cadres + Medical social workers +Volunteers" in the second hospital of shanxi medical university by the practical operation process of education,voluntary service project management and medical social work.And it is used to analyze the development status,characteristics and existing problems of the second hospital of shanxi medical university,and analyze whether the model isreproducible and extendable.For the problems facing,according to many times to participate in the national medical social work and volunteer management professional committee member units of exchange of experience,the author puts forward the suggestions and improving measures of the mode of the communist youth league in hospital of "Cadres + Medical social workers + Volunteers".The work was specifically promoted by the hospital's youth league committee.However,there have been many unexpected problems in the further development,for example,the lack of understanding and encouragement from the hospital leaders.The mode is still in its primary stage,but there are a lot of reference significance to improve hospital medical service,to strengthen hospital group's work.
