Study On Embeddedness Of Social Work In The Youth Marriage Work Of The Communist Youth League

With the increasing diversification of society,the accelerated pace of work,and the narrow of friends circle,the number of single young people in big cities is increasing,and the issue of youth marriage has become a social issue of concern to everyone.As a group organization that leads young people and serves young people,the Communist Youth League has already included the issue of marriage and friendship among single youth into its work scope.However,due to the lack of resource integration,low degree of specialization,and less follow-up in the work of the Communist Youth League,most of the cadres lack the knowledge reserves and skills in youth marriage work,and cannot fully solve the actual needs of single youth.As an emerging professional service industry,social work not only has unique professional skills and perspectives in service work,but also provides new ideas for further improving the professional level of the Communist Youth League work,and in the value orientation,work objectives,work principles,working methods and other aspects are in line with the service work of the Communist Youth League.They can quickly integrate into the service work of the Communist Youth League and help the Communist Youth League to better do the work of young people in marriage and dating.Taking the Q project as an example,the author collects the data through various methods such as personal participation,literature review,random interviews,and careful research,then expounds the mode of social work embedded in the youth work of the Communist Youth League.At present,there are three periods in which social work is embedded in the work of the Communist Youth League.The first is the exploration period,which is manifested in the expansion and transfer of the service function of the Communist Youth League.The second is the running-in period,which is mainly due to the differences in habits between the work of the Communist Youth League and social work in the initial stage of cooperation.third is the integration period,social work begins to be embedded in the youth youth service of the Communist Youth League,and forms a "five embedded" work model,including system embedding,concept embedding,method embedding,talent embedding,and evaluation mechanism embedding.Through the reflection of the embedding process,further analyzes the embedding of social work from the dynamic perspective,the professional promotion of the youth work of the Communist Youth League,thelocalization promotion of social work itself,and the effect of solving the problem of social marriage issue.There are problems in the model,and three suggestions for identity independence,service deepening,and system improvement are proposed.This paper aims to expand the development path of social work and improve the service work of the Communist Youth League by analyzing the development model of social work embedded in the work of the Communist Youth League service,innovating the concept,methods and systems of social work and the Communist Youth League work,so that the two can learn from each other and complement each other.
