When intending to establish of a model,the traditional economic environment and social political relations,which grew out of national policy,institutions and social mobilizations,should be turned over.In the revolution,the country hoped to guide the demonstration by establishing models,and achieved its goal of mobilization on the basis of transmitting the information of policy.In 1950 s,the establishment and extension of models was still an important political policy and be more and more institutionalized and normalized.The passage used the analysis method of “macroscopic history and microcosmic changes ”,take Zhanglaotai of Daobakou village,Xiyang in Shanxi as an example.Zhanglaotai was once a positive typical in revolutionary bases,but then turned to be the other side in the period of“learn from DaZhai in agriculture”,and at last,be rehabilitated in the late1970 s.The passage shows the complex relationship between the country,the village and the person in the collectivization era as well as rethinks the method of “establishing a model” as a treatment and practise logical.In 1940 s,Daobakou set up Zhanglaotai as “model of Taihang” in the revolution process.To 1950 s,along with Baiyangyu,Dazhai,Daobakou was established as “Three Flowers in Dazhai”.With the transmission of “ The Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution”,“learn from DaZhai in agriculture”went to a wrong way,which eliminated the initiative of the area invisibly,so that the pattern of developing according to local conditions was discarded.In other words,in the era of “learn from DaZhai in agriculture”,lots of places thought that “the village could just develop agriculture,planting,and the planting just means foodstuffs”.In such conditions,models should advance their political thoughts and understand the needs of policy,so that they could adapt to the new circumstances and honor in the state political power.But as a typical village developing economic”according to its local condition”,the miserable consequence of Daobakou seems reasonable.At the same time,the home village was originally a society of acquaintances,the net of bloodkinship and affinity was often used in social mobilization,while the existence of acquaintance net influences the institutional environment.Take Zhanglaotai as an example,from the oral conversation and archives,from1960 s to 1970 s,the party members of Zhanglaotai's family took up a half of the whole village.The family power and personal behavior attacked the weak relationship of Daobakou,which was an immigrant village with “three provinces,five counties and eighteen villages.Moreover,in different times,the country needs to set up different models.While Zhanglaotai insisted his own methods originated from revolutionary bases,it is no doubt that he was abandoned in the new political directions.Zhanglaotai's fate is not only a tragedy of himself,but also a tragic drama of the time.In deep level,it is the paradox of “establishing models”.Therefore,the excessive penetration of politic may harm the autonomous mechanism of local society.The government of villages should be based on their own circumstances,so that the villages could be revived.
