Research On Beijing Community Embedded Pension Mode

"Affordable Support" is both the desire and responsibility of individuals and Society.The population of China has entered a period of rapid aging,and the aging of large and medium-sized cities is particularly evident.With the gradual development of Society,changes in the aged population's needs for old-age care have appealed for the emergence of an old-age care model that can meet the needs of the elderly,Share part of the pension pressure,enrich the types of diversified care services for the elderly,and provide the basis for improving china's pension Service system.From the perspective of social embedded theory,the author combines the basic situation of population aging in Beijing and the policy changes of community-based old-age pension to carry out on-site interviews and research on the S-community aged care station in Beijing to understand the status of the embedding process and the development of pension services.The study found that the community pension service has an advantage in geopolitical affairs,emotions,resource integration,and policy support,and can effectively meet the elderly's desire to provide for the elderly at home.At the same time,there are deficiencies in the service level,talent team,internal management,and resource integration.Finally,according to the existing problems in the old-age care services,the well-targeted and well-designed measures are proposed.Through the research on the S community care station,accumulates its development experience,and promotes the development and improvement of the community-based old-age care for the elderly relying on the community care service station in Beijing.On this basis,enrich the research content of the old-age care model and provide ideas for building an elderly care service system and developing the pension industry.
