Design And Research Of Information Service System For Community Embedded Pension Institutions

At present,the aging of the population in our country is continuously deepening.The pension issues have gained more and more attention due to the change of elderly caring concept and family structure.Community-based embedded pension is a promising pension pattern,which efficiently integrates various pension resources in communities to combine community daycare,home care and organization pension together.In this study,service design related theories and methods were adopted to analyze the current status of information service system in community-based embedded pension organization.Demands and problems were concluded to propose design strategies,construct the information service system in community-based embedded pension,and optimize the experience of information service.The main contents of this thesis include:(1)From the perspective of service design,the information service system of community embedded pension institutions is analyzed.Firstly,the business process and caring process are analyzed to conclude the key touchpoints,including admission assessment,elderly files establishment,daily monitoring and risk assessment,daycare and homecare elderly management,drug order check and implement.Then,the stakeholders of the information service system are divided,including the characteristics of the elderly,organizations and caregivers,the family members of the elderly and the service relationship between them,and a comprehensive understanding of the objects and contents of the entire system is finally obtained.Two preliminary design directions include optimizing information management and improving the efficiency of information transmission.(2)On the basis of system analysis,the design survey of information service system is launched.First,through a survey of elderly people through a combination of questionnaires and interviews,service journey maps for elderly people of different business types are obtained.Then preliminary interviews and satisfaction surveys with nursing staff and the elderly's family members were conducted,and six aspects including consultation reservation,evaluation management,contract files,care services,cost management,and other information are concluded.In-depth interviews are conducted to further explore the problems and requirements.Finally,function modules and interaction patterns are identified through demand analysis.(3)Design strategies for information service system in community-based embedded pension are proposed,including providing system platforms for information equivalence,visualization application,improving information detail service and full coverage of multiple service modes.Composition of service system is defined and illustrated by system information flow chart.Finally,frameworks and visual design outputs of information service platform and mobile applications for caregivers and family members are implementedInformation service system for community-based embedded pension is constructed in this thesis.Through different user roles and terminal devices,equivalence of users'access and use of information is achieved,and various stakeholders are able to achieve their goals in this system.Service resources of organization are integrated,and service experience and management efficiency are improved.
