Research On The Precautionary Mechanism Of Psychological Crises Of Public Security Colleges

Based on the relevant knowledge of psychology and the actualization of police management in public security schools,this article organically combines qualitative and quantitative analysis to construct a psychological crisis warning system for public security college students to provide reference for psychological crisis prevention work in public security colleges.After research,this article draws the following conclusionsConclusion one: The early warning mechanism for psychological crisis among public security college students consists of five links,which mainly include psychological crisis warning indicators,psychological crisis key populations,psychological crisis critical population monitoring and assessment of early warning information,social support forces,and psychological crisis intervention plans.1.Early warning indicators system for psychological crisis of public college students.This article investigates 278 college students in public security colleges,and uses SPSS 19.0statistical software to process the survey data to determine the psychological crisis warning indicators for public security college students,including stressors and stress indicators(learning,personal,Sources of life stress),demographic indicators(grades),key population indicators(inappropriate attribution patterns,improper coping styles,personality problems,and social support forces using disadvantaged groups).2.The methods of determining the high-risk personnel of public security colleges and universities in their psychological crisis.The determination of high-risk personnel in public security colleges and universities through psychological crisis is mainly carried out through mental health screening,regular psychological testing and special psychological testing,psychological counseling visitors and daily observation.3.Monitoring and evaluation of high-risk personnel in public security colleges and universities.The first-level monitoring(dormitories and district teams)collected early-warning information for people at high risk of psychological crisis and uploaded the information to secondary monitoring(college and department mental health studios),to determine whether they were suspected of psychological crisis.Secondary surveillance mobilizes high-risk personnel to use social support and upload corresponding information to tertiary monitoring(school mental health center)to comprehensively determine whether it is necessary to initiate a mental crisis plan.4.The main contents of social support for college students in public security schools include schools,peers,families,and public opinion.5.Public Security Colleges and Universities psychological crisis intervention plan.In the psychological crisis of public security college students,the mental health center of the school quickly started the mental crisis intervention plan.Conclusion 2: Constructing a psychological crisis warning mechanism for public college students.To determine the early warning indicators for psychological crisis among public security colleges and universities,to screen high-risk individuals in psychological crisis,to monitor and evaluate people at high risk of psychological crisis,and to strengthen the use and mobilization of social support for students who may experience psychological crisis.The health center quickly started the mental crisis intervention plan.This article provides suggestions from two levels,public security colleges and public security colleges.
