Research On Emergency Early Warning Mechanism Of G College

“The world is experiencing profound shifts unseen in a century.” is General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statement on the world structure.Nowadays,changes in the international situation are intensifying,and various factors are becoming more and more difficult to predict and control.Under the background of economic globalization,the sudden change in the international situation affects the domestic situation to a certain extent.While China's economy,society,culture and other aspects have in-depth exchanges with the world,it is also facing multiple and varying degrees of risks and challenges.As a part of society and a position for cultivating high-quality talents,colleges and universities need to deal with all kinds of emergencies directed at or occurring in schools while undertaking teaching tasks.Based on risk society theory,social combustion theory,crisis management theory,and public crisis early warning management theory,this paper combines literature analysis,case analysis,and Delphi method to focus on the early warning management of emergencies.In the pre-prevention stage,by analyzing the existing emergency handling mechanism,division of labor,and typical cases of G College,sorting out G College's work in emergency information collection,analysis and judgment,early warning issuance,and early warning work preparation,and review the highlights and deficiencies in the work of each link,we will try to build an emergency early warning that is composed of full-time and part-time personnel,with clear division of responsibilities,efficient operation,and capable of collecting and judging risks and crises,and making relatively accurate early warnings mechanism.Research has shown that building a college emergency warning mechanism with a clear division of labor,reasonable organization,effective operation,and continuous updating needs to do the following: First,there must be a sound and reasonable organizational structure.Second,it is necessary to determine the emergency with strong operability Incident early warning indicator system and early warning countermeasures of different police levels.Third,use school resources and high-tech means to establish an efficient information collection network.Fourth,strengthen professional education,establish effective analysis and evaluation of the severity of emergency police Expert system.Fifth,strengthen the coordination and linkage with relevant external departments and enrich the channels of information sources.Sixth,according to the characteristics of the emergency,carry out knowledge and skills training and drills for teachers and students,and enhance the ability of teachers,students,staff self-help and mutual rescue skills,and find the daily work of the missing items and short board,optimize the event early warning execution process.
