In 2017,361 policemen were killed and 6234 injured or disabled.Among them,246 policemen died from sudden overwork at work,accounting for 68% of the total number of police killed.Needless to say,the police belong to high risk and high pressure occupations.They have wide range of work,heavy workload,complicated enforcement environment,uncertain working hours,and often face the dark side and potential crisis of society.Under the influence of many factors,many policemen appear mentally and physically exhausted,incompetent,insensitive and muddle headed.Someone used "chill push" to describe the working condition of Chinese policemen.According to the survey of job burnout index in China,the highest level of emotional exhaustion and de personalization in police career is ranked first in job burnout.Obviously,this not only affects the work performance of the police,but also has a negative impact on the organizational effectiveness of the public security organs,the loyalty of the police to the profession and the society,the recognition of the police and the credibility of the law enforcement.Based on the theory and scale of job satisfaction related management,this study combines the current national conditions and the practice of police team management,and uses literature research,questionnaire and statistical analysis to analyze the status of the job satisfaction of police in A City,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,in the border areas,and deeply excavate the police work in A city.The important factors of satisfaction are put forward,and corresponding incentive strategies are put forward.This research is divided into six parts.The details of each part are as follows: introduction.This paper introduces the background and significance of the research,the research status quo at home and abroad,and the research train of thought,content,purpose and method.The first chapter is the basic theory of job satisfaction.This paper introduces the concept,basic theory,influencing factors and measuring methods of job satisfaction.The second chapter is about the present situation of police job satisfaction in A city.Through questionnaire,we know the overall job satisfaction of A city police,and compare the relationship between 5 demographic variables of gender,age,education,working life and post type and the job satisfaction of police,and get the preliminary conclusion of the status quo of the job satisfaction of the police in A city.The third chapter is about the dimensions of police job satisfaction in A city.Through the method of factor analysis,we find out 8 main factors which have great influence.The naming is explained as work itself,law enforcement environment,social support,working life,fairness and career promotion,salary,work burden,and the relationship factors of colleagues.Through qualitative description and Logistic quantitative regression,the importance of its degree of satisfaction to work is discussed.To the A City,the satisfaction of the police work is a dimension conclusion.The fourth chapter is about the incentive strategies of police work satisfactio.According to the results of the study,combined with the theory of double factors,this paper puts forward the incentive countermeasures: first,using organizational culture incentive method to build incentive police culture,including value incentive,model incentive,and organizational image incentive.The two is to improve the health factors of the satisfaction of police work,including optimizing the police management,perfecting the police management and security system,setting up the salary reasonably,making the organization target and personal goal unified,constructing the police social support system,and creating a good law enforcement environment.The three is to strengthen the incentive factors of the satisfaction of the police work,including scientific and rational police police,"reducing the burden" for the grass-roots police,designing a scientific career path,expanding the space for the development of the police,and promoting the enthusiasm and creativity of the police.The fifth chapter,the conclusion and the prospect.This paper summarizes the research results of the status,dimension and incentive Countermeasures of A city police job satisfaction,objectively analyses the shortcomings in the research,and determines the direction and theme for the follow-up research.
