Analysis On The Role Of Social Workers In Juvenile Community Correction

Community correction as a new thing in China,only a dozen years,but the pace of development is very rapid.This paper focuses on the community correction work of adolescents,which regards social workers' involvement in adolescent community corrections as a platform for interaction with the role of social workers under the multiple expectations of the judiciary,district committees,adolescents,parents and institutions.To participate in and participate in the interviews with the judiciary,the district committee,the project leader and the clients,analyze the role expectation,comprehension,practice and predicament of the social workers involved in the community correction work of young people,and discuss the main causes leading to the formation of the dilemma.For different positions,justice,Mission District teenagers,parents and institutions,social workers have different role expectations on juvenile community correction,social roles need is in compliance with the basic rules of social work on the integration of different subjects of social role expectations.By analyzing the social workers 'understanding of their roles and obligations,this paper argues that social workers are involved in the practice of adolescents' community correction work as communicators,corrective service providers and resource integrators.Combining the interview information and the expectation,comprehending and practice of the social worker's role,the social worker has many dilemmas in the process of interaction with the main body.In the relevant legal system is not perfect social environment,the role of social workers is not clear,mainly reflected in the role of social workers is unclear,the role of social workers and the division of labor is unclear two aspects.Based on the actual role of social workers,different subjects put forward different requirements for the role of social workers,social workers and the main judicial office,the parents of the two main differences exist due to the existence of the role of conflict.In addition,due to the lack of experience of social workers,the role of the role of expectations and the gap between the role,as well as social workers in the face of different roles,high-intensity work caused by the role of tension.Finally,this article,based on the literature and personal experience,explores the main reasons leading to the formation of the predicament,such as imperfect system regulation,lack of knowledge of the role of social workers,lack of practical ability of social workers and inconsistent character value,and reflection on the practice of practical work The revelation.
