Study On The Problem Of Multi-ethnic Community Governance And Countermeasures In Urumqi High-tech Zone

The development of urbanization promotes the development of the community and brings new challenges to the governance of multi-ethnic communities.Especially in the special period of maintaining stability,solving the problems of multi-ethnic community governance has a positive effect on maintaining the long-term stability of society.In Urumqi high-tech zone multi-ethnic community as the research object,through questionnaire investigation,case analysis and literature research,on the current status of the multi-ethnic community governance in the zone are analyzed,and some ideas out of the current governance problems of multi-ethnic communities in the zone.Urumqi high-tech zone multi-ethnic community governance at present,the problem existing in taking good governance theory,the cooperative governance theory as the research basis,dialectically draw lessons from the relevant management experience at home and abroad,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem.For people of all nationalities into the degree is not high,communities of the imperfection of the infrastructure construction,put forward to ensure the community party branch as the core,on the basis of the national work mechanism,perfect the people of all nationalities in the infrastructure in the multi-ethnic community of mutual harmony symbiosis;In view of the problem that administrative tendency restricts the function of community autonomy,it puts forward the suggestion that the government should transform function in community governance and strengthen the function of community autonomy.In view of the imperfection of the community service functions,as well as community workers lag issues such as team building,proposed the community should optimize service function,should also attaches importance to the improvement of the quality of talent team;In view of the low participation of people of all ethnic groups and social forces,it is proposed to encourage the participation of people of all ethnic groups,as well as to guide the participation of social forces,so as to promote the cooperation and governance of multiple subjects.Through the full text analysis,this paper argues that Urumqi city high-tech zone multi-ethnic community should strengthen the function of community autonomy,improve the people of all nationalities and social forces to participate in community governance,at the same time of guide social forces to participate in implementation of collaborative work situation,plural for onto the road of good governance of community governance to lay a good foundation.
