Ancient village tourism scenic area development can not leave the community participation,the contribution of community resources and the support of the community residents.Community depend on its tourism resources such as land,building landscape,traditional culture and scenic companies,which formed a partnership,at the same time on the benefits of tourism distribution,and formed the scenic spots and community in competition.However,due to the community often in disadvantaged position,the interest is often due to the deprivation of scenic spots,scenic spot-community was continuously intensify contradictions,the scenic area-community competition relationship imbalance,not only affects the construction of the local community,also hindered the sustainable development of scenic spots.However,the current academic circles rare scenic spots-community co-competition research results,and haven't seen under the way of land property right replacement scenic spot – community co-competition relations related research reports.Therefore,this research take it as a breakthrough point,and make HuangLing of WuYuanas as study case.In the scenic spot,community relations,community increases the power and so on,on the basis of literature analysis combined with case to field survey,combined with interviews and questionnaire,analyzed the WuYuan in ridge scenic area and the relationship between community development present situation,construct the scenic area-community co-competition degree measure index system,using SPSS22.0 and AMOS statistical analysis of field survey data,it built and verified in ridge scenic spot-community co-competition degree measure model,research shows that: in HuangLing scenic area-and unbalance between community competition;The effect factors of the scenic area-community relations analysis,found that community residents to provide tourist resources,provide for the use of scenic spot the company free of charge,the community did not participate in the tourism resources in income distribution,so the sense of relative deprivation.,in turn,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to the community system increases the power,to coordinate the scenic spot,community relations,namely by "tourist attraction" real rightlegislation and ways to enable the easement,for the community residents in ridge increases the power,and the corresponding guarantee measures.
