Research On The Scale Development Of H Law Firm

Due to the small size of most law firms,there are common problems such as the simple backwardness of management methods and unreasonable personnel structure.On the other hand,such law firms are also difficult to provide clients with a full range of laws in and out of foreign law firms.Competition is often at a disadvantage.Scale is one of the effective ways to solve the above problems.Therefore,it is of practical significance and theoretical value to study the motivation,mode and practical application of the large-scale development of law firms.This paper uses the theory of economies of scale and the theory of industrial concentration to thoroughly analyze the reasons for the large-scale development of the H Law Firm.The reasons are: the pursuit of economies of scale,the promotion of the competitiveness of the industry in the market,the maintenance of the existing industry status in the market,and the acceptance of markets.The impact of the environment and government policies on the industry are several.In addition,the H law firm's approach to large-scale development was proposed,covering internal development,merger development,network alliance development,lawyer group development,and expansion of Internet channels.This paper analyzes the case of H-law firm's large-scale development and verifies the path of large-scale development and summarizes the experience of this large-scale development.Finally,this paper also proposes countermeasures for the large-scale development of H law firm,including organizational restructuring,marketing strategy,human resource management strategy.
