Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Local Government Supervision And Inspection

In various Chinese historic stages,like Chinese revolution,construction and reform,our party and government have always attached great importance to the supervision and inspection work which was carried out by various policies and means and our party and government have promoted the fundamental policies,decisions to successful implemented.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee,being led by Xi Jinping,has attached great importance to the supervision and inspection work in a more prominent position.All provinces and departments have continuously strengthened supervision and inspection work and promoted the major decisions from the Party Central Committee and the State Council to be effective.But at the same time we should also notice that some areas,departments and units still concern more about decisions and arrangements while concern less about implementation and supervision.Stuffs from these areas,departments and units who paid less responsibility and low efficiency when dealing affairs,always ignore the order and ban,and being negative and random when on duty.These problems pose new challenges for the supervision and inspection work.Supervision and inspection is an important means to effectively push forward the implementation of policies and ensure that the party and the state's policies,decisions and decrees can be implementation directly.This study sums up existing works on the supervision and inspection both at home and abroad,combines the actual works with China's national conditions and policies,and expounds the necessity of supervision work,types of supervision work and the main function of the supervision work.Taking Chongqing Liangjiang New Area as an example,the author analyzes common problems of local inspection work and measures which analyzed from the advanced experiences,practical works and from six related perspectives,strengthening the ideological,set up the inspection authority,improved methods,strengthen the feedback,the result of supervision work.The research object of this paper is the supervision and inspection works being made during the process of policy implementation.In the current situation and background,this study is full of practical significance.This study aims to enrich the theory of the supervision and inspection work,and at the same time provide certain references which can enhance efficiency for the local inspection work.
