Study On The Evaluation Of The Effectiveness Of Government Supervision In G County

As the main means for local governments to promote the implementation of policies,administrative supervision is a very critical administrative link in government work.It plays an important role in serving the masses and strengthening administrative efficiency.Local governments at the grassroots level,as the "last kilometer" of policy implementation,should take implementation as the end-result of all work.In recent years,with the continuous construction and exploration of the administrative supervision system in China,the construction of the administrative supervision system has begun to take shape.However,in local governments at the grass-roots level,the supervision work is lagging behind,and there are many inefficient problems.Therefore,it is very important to study the supervision work of local governments at the grass-roots level and analyze the existing problems and reasons of their supervision work,so as to promote the improvement of the supervision work level of local governments,implement the decisions and arrangements of higher authorities,enhance the execution ability of local governments and establish good government credibility.Based on the theory of new public management and public choice,this paper takes G county of X province as the research object to explore the optimization and construction of grassroots local government supervision system.Through the definition of grass-roots government supervision,according to the government supervision system,construction of grass-roots government supervision of local government evaluation index system,index weight assignment by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and uses the method of questionnaire,interview method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for G county government supervision work of the basic situation and effect evaluation,concluded that G county government supervision work out basic standards.At the same time,the main factors of unsatisfactory government supervision work are mainly concentrated in the aspects of supervision team construction,supervision work process and supervision work mode with the help of survey data.Finally,this paper proposes ways to optimize the supervision work of local governments at the grass-roots level,such as perfecting the construction of supervision legal system,establishing the auxiliary mechanism of supervision,strengthening the construction of supervision team and promoting the innovation of supervision mode,so as to improve the actual efficiency of supervision work.
