Study On The Public Order Problems And Prevention And Control Measures Of Webcast

With the continuous updating and development of Internet technology,webcast has emerged as a new medium with strong interactivity.With abundant contents,timely interaction and diversified communication subjects,webcast has quickly captured a large number of young people to join in,and the maximum satisfaction of their involvement and fuzzy needs.As a new thing,the popularity of webcast has attracted the attention of the academic circles,but the research is still not sufficient at present,and the research perspective has certain limitations.Based on the existing research,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of public security in webcast,and draws on the measures to prevent and control the public security problems of traditional network media,and puts forward specific countermeasures to prevent and control webcast security issues in combination with the characteristics of webcast,which can provide useful reference for the healthy development of webcast,and further deepen the research on webcast.In this paper,there are five parts.The first part analyzes the concept,causes,classification,characteristics and development status of webcast,and makes a more comprehensive summary of its own attributes on the basis of existing research.The second part introduces the security problems existing in webcast,classifies the existing public security problems,and analyzes the causes of the security problems in depth so as to make the follow-up prevention and control countermeasures.The third part is the experience of the webcast of some countries and regions outside the region,mainly for the European Union,the United States,Japan and South Korea,and to provide reference for the public security issues in China's governance network in terms of ideas,specific measures and technologies.The fourth part is the core content of this paper.After in-depth analysis on the basic properties of webcast,the existence of public security problems and causes,the author puts forward the countermeasures for the prevention and control of public security in webcast,including the establishment and improvement of laws and regulations,the strengthening of government supervision,the establishment of industry selfdiscipline management mechanism,the encouragement of social democratic supervision,the improvement of user media literacy,the strengthening of the coordination mechanism between network police construction and supervision departments,etc.The fifth part is the suggestion of public security organs to use webcast to serve the public order,and webcast as the product of technology development,can also serve the public security organs to better serve the public security.Although the development mode of webcast is not mature,the self-positioning is not clear enough,and there are still many problems at this stage.However,the author believes that the new network media will be more perfect,and the existing security problems will be solved gradually.I hope this article can contribute a little to the healthy and rapid development of webcast,and also enable the webcast to have a good order of public security,thus helping to form a better public security order.
