Research On Collaborative Governance Measures For Social Security Prevention And Control Of New Citizens In Suzhou G District

At present,China’s social security governance is in the process of transforming from a single subject to a multiple subject.Social contradictions are prominent,especially with the emergence of a large number of new citizens,which brings a lot of positive benefits and impacts on the original social security pattern of the city.The public security situation is becoming more and more complex.Suzhou G District,as an administrative district with developed economy,numerous new citizen groups,and complex public security situation,achieves innovation in social management by strengthening the concept of collaborative governance of social security prevention and control,clarifying the role positioning of various governance entities,and guiding the development of diversified social security collaborative governance.Based on the new public service theory,the coordination theory,and the comprehensive management theory of social security,this paper starts from the social security dynamics of the new citizens in Suzhou G District,and combines the universal difficulties of the social security prevention and control of the new citizens.It combs the multi prevention and control subjects(Government,enterprises and new citizens),modes,and current situation of the joint governance and joint control in G District,and summarizes the achievements achieved,It is found that there are some problems in the prevention and control of social security for new citizens in District G:first,the lack of government coordination and joint governance;second,the ineffective solution of public security problems on the enterprise platform;and third,the participation of new citizen volunteers is superficial.After in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the public security of new citizens in District G:first,strengthen the concept of coordination and provide relevant institutional support;Second,enhance the coordination and integration of government enterprise associations and optimize the governance platform;Third,enhance the collaborative participation of new citizens.
