The Study On The Refugee Issue Of EU And Its Counter-Messures

In recent years,the situation of global refugee crisis has continued to deteriorate,which has brought tremendous challenges to the political,economic and social stability of the international community.The refugee issue has gradually become a hot issue of global governance.The refugee crisis that erupted in Europe in 2015 once again attracted global attention to refugee issues.The EU's refugee issue is a microcosm of the world refugee issue.As a successful example of regional governance,the experience and lessons of the EU in dealing with the refugee issue in the refugee crisis are of great importance for each country,especially our country to successfully address its own refugee issues.At the same time,theories are the guidance of practice.As the research of and studies on the refugee field comparatively started late in China and with limited accomplishments,the studies on EU's refugee issues from different perspectives can enrich China's refugee research work and provide some valuable theoretical references for China to deal with similar issues.This paper mainly adopts the research method of interdisciplinary with an attempt to examine the issue of refugees in the European Union and its countermeasures from different perspectives by integrating relevant theories about international politics,sociology,international law and other disciplines.The innovation of this paper is to conduct a holistic study of the EU's refugee issues in a systematic way and to provide constructive suggestions for the EU's governance of the refugee issue based on both an in-depth analysis of the EU's refugee issues and the measures that the EU adopted.From the perspective of global governance,by introducing the concept of “Common Community of Human Destiny” created by the Chinese government,this paper intends to put forward a proposal for the EU to establish a common community for refugee governance.Based on the EU's refugee issue and its experience,it is proposed that the Chinese government should attach great importance to the issue of refugees from the perspective of overall national security.This paper is divided into five major parts,with the introduction at the first part,mainly combing the research status at home and abroad as well as the research situation of this paper.The second part is the basic theory of this paper,including,the definition of the concept“refugee”,which is expounded from the perspective of the three levels ? the international community,UNHCR and EU.In this part,the theories of global governance,social integration and international law,and their application in the area of immigration are further discussed.The third part is the analysis of the status quo of the refugees in EU,in which the characteristics of the current refugees in the EU are discussed with data analysis,and then the causes of the refugee issue and its negative impacts are analyzed.The fourth part focuses on exploring themeasures;by briefly introducing the EU's common asylum system,this part focuses on the EU's measures to tackle the current problems caused by the refugees.In the fifth part,the analysis of the factors influencing EU's governance of refugees is made;then some concrete proposals for the EU's governance of refugees are put forward.Finally,some suggestions are offered for China's future governance of refugees on the basis of the studies on EU's experience and lessons.
